3 different types of Spanish Iberico cured meats, 3 English or Welsh artisan cheeses, biscuits and crackers, fried salted almonds, pistachios and giant corn kernels, dried apricots and dates, sweety-drop peppers, caperberries, cornichons, mixed marinated olives, cherry vine tomatoes, fresh fig, peppery radishes, blanched tenderstem (or English asparagus in Spring/Summer), the black grapes and various assorted local champion chutneys from Tracklements, to help it all along.
