Luxury hampers

- National; overnight 24hr courier, tracked (due to chilled items) – charges apply. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery from ordering, We ship Monday to Thurs only.

Catering & Events
Throughout Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, covering Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham, Marlborough, Cirencester, Cheltenham and Oxford.
For individual or low quantity orders, please purchase via our webshop where full payment will be taken via card or PayPal.
For larger orders, once confirmed, we will issue an e-invoice for the full amount payable, to be paid via BACS and must be settled 48hrs before delivery. Full banking details will be included on the invoice.
During December separate charges apply from the above. These will be applied automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately Truffle & Thyme cannot issue refunds for grazing boxes or hampers, unless we are unable to deliver the box through our own fault.
Due to our boxes and hampers containing fresh products, we will need to deliver the boxes or hampers into someone’s hands; we cannot leave them on a doorstep, or similar, unfortunately. There is a maximum window of 4 hours from the products being removed from refrigeration to when they must be consumed. They can be returned to a well-chilled fridge within this window to be kept fresh, but must be consumed within 24hrs of delivery. We accept no liability after delivery is made as to how you store your delivery, but please ask us for further instructions if you are unsure.
Please note that if you are gifting our items on, once we have delivered to you, we can accept no liability for the goods once you have accepted the delivery. Please refer to the notes in the food safety section directly above for instructions on storing and consumption, or ask us when ordering for instructions.
Please note that none of our boxes are supplied with any cutlery, crockery or napkins.
Once you have confirmed you would like Truffle & Thyme at your event, we will require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the full invoice to be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be required no later than 5 working days before the original event date itself. If the event date happens to change, we will do our best to honour the booking, however this will be at our discretion and availability.
We will need to visit the site to discuss the specific requirements relative to the space and location of the grazing table. It is important to locate the food in a suitable position, in order to maintain its quality for the allowed period in which it can be used.
Due to the nature of the type of food supplied, we will have a strict window of only 4 hours for the chilled items of food to be displayed and consumed at ambient temperatures before it must be removed. Unfortunately we cannot leave the food with you after this period.
We accept no liability after this time has passed.
Please ensure you, the customer/client, notify us of all/any allergies and dietary requirements when booking. This must take into account all those whom might be consuming our products. As standard, all of our grazing boxes and hampers contain nuts, cereals incl gluten and other allergens.
Due to our grazing boxes and hampers having a mixture of chilled and fresh products within them, we cannot leave a box on your doorstep. It must be delivered into the customers’ hands, so please ensure this is possible when ordering.
